What we run.
Custom applications and platforms, plus the integrations, data pipelines and automations connected to them. Desktop and network IT support sit outside our scope.
Taking over.
Most handovers are messier than promised. We start with a short assessment of the code, access, hosting, dependencies and known risks, then take responsibility in stages. Two of the platforms we run today came to us this way.
Agreed measures.
We agree the measures that matter, such as uptime, response times, process speed or error rates, and review them with you every quarter.
Three lanes of work.
Incidents restore service. Scheduled care keeps dependencies, security and data healthy. Improvements are prioritised by business value. Keeping the lanes separate keeps cost and priorities clear.
The operations around it.
We also streamline the work the software serves: we automate repetitive steps, add AI where it helps and measure the result.
Written down.
Monitoring, releases, backups, escalation and response times go into a service agreement for your system. Requests run through a shared ticketing system with clear priorities.
Retain, improve or replace.
We stabilise first, improve selectively and recommend replacing a system only when the evidence supports it.
Proof
We've run Enerserv's field and mining software since 2018, and we run the platforms behind Omnia Health Group and Managers of Wealth. See the portfolio
Questions
Can you support software built by another supplier?
Yes. We assess it first, and some systems need groundwork before we take full responsibility.
What do you need from us to start?
What the application does, who relies on it, who owns the code and hosting, and the known problems. Please don't send credentials by email.
How is it priced?
A monthly retainer against agreed measures, sized to the system and the cover you need. New builds are priced separately.
